Seat will present the most compact car in 2010

In March of next year on automobile show in Geneva company Seat plans to present the new compact car which becomes the ideological successor of model Arosa.

It is expected, that the car it will be created on units of the serial version of hatchback Volkswagen Up!, for the first time presented on the Frankfurt motor show two years ago.

Successor Seat Arosa will receive the new firm design of an interior which are distinct from Ibiza and Exeo. Besides, this model will have an updating with system of an automatic stop and engine start. As it was informed earlier, the novelty will weigh about 830 kgs and will receive a 35-litre petrol tank.

On preliminary data, next year only conceptual version compact Seat debuts, and the serial version becomes on the factory conveyor in Bratislava in 2011. Prospective cost of base updating compact Seat in the European market — 7,300 euros.
